Surgiclean MPH Absorbable Hemostatic Particles
Surgiclean® is indicated in surgical as an adjunctive hemostatic device to assist when control of capillary,venous, and arteriolar bleeding by pressure, ligature, and other conventional procedures is ineffective or impractical.
Surgiclean MPH Absorbable Hemostatic Particles are derived from potato starch and produced using advanced emulsification and crosslinking technology. They are aseptic, pyrogen-free, and free from any animal or human-derived components.
With hydrophilic molecular sieve properties, Surgiclean particles rapidly absorb and retain multiple times their weight in water, instantly forming a gel. This gel traps visible blood components such as platelets, red blood cells, albumins, thrombin, and fibrinogen, promoting rapid clot formation.
Once hemostasis is achieved, the degradation process begins, and the particles are fully absorbed within 14 days.

Surgiclean® Innovative Delivery System
MPH Absorbable Hemostatic Particles Applicator consists of handle and tube. TQ-1 applicator has a 14 cm tube length. TQ-2 applicator has a 38 cm tube length. The applicator is terminally EO sterilized for single use.
Surgiclean® Innovative Delivery System
TQ-3 (25cm tube length) and TQ-4 (2m catheter length)
are dedicated applicators for endoscopic/laparoscopic surgical procedures.
