Surgiclean absorbent hemostatic powder is the absorbable hemostatic particles made of 100% potato starch. Surgiclean have the function of a hydrophilic molecular sieve, it can absorb and lock the water several times over weighting themselves instantly to form gels, and form gel mixtures around particles by condensing visible components in the blood outside the gels, such as platelets, red blood cells, albumins, thrombin and fibrinogen, thus promoting instant clot forming.
Intended Use
Surgiclean absorbent hemostatic powder is indicated in surgical procedures as an adjunctive hemostatic device to assist when control of capillary, venous, and arteriolar bleeding by pressure, ligature and other conventional procedures is ineffective or impractical. Especially for the large-area oozing of the blood, depth bleeding and the part bleeding and the part bleeding that surgery can't reach, reduction of postoperative adhension.

How to use it?
